Ideally you will be an experienced chef/cook accustomed to menu planning, stock ordering and control, keeping to strict budgets and maintaining excellent quality of meals and impeccable food hygiene. Experience of serving food in afriendly environment would also be an advantage. This is a half time post with flexible hours and some seasonal variation. We are advertising for a cleaner/housekeeper too and may combine the roles for a special candidate seeking full time work with us.
